  1. When your a leader you need to push people. You need to lead them in the right direction and show them to new places. You need to help to achieve their goal and lead them to new places they have not been.

  2. Hm. The Nixon administration. Interesting. This means that Nixon didn't take the American people to the right place. He was a terrible leader and president.

  6. Good leaders are able to encourage people to try new things. Just like in the Alchemist, how the crystal merchant was afraid of trying new things. People often shy away from what they don't know. A good leader helps them to not be afraid of the idea of new things.
