I think this quote means never give up, as long as you are at least moving some its still making progress. Never give up life gets really tough at times and it may feel like we are only crawling.
No matter how tough the situation, keep at it and don't give up. Even if it feels like you're moving slowly, you're still moving and a little progress is better than nothing.

The snow days and being sick really messed me up last week. I'm sitting in 7th period right now, and you just reminded the freshmen, and I think OH CRAP. So this is late...... buuuuut, this quote is saying do what you want to do and work hard every single step of the way. Don't let anybody or anything hold you back from reaching your dreams. For example, I really wanted to not do entertainment speaking on Saturday, but I did it, and I did better than I thought I would. I have to continue to work hard to make it state speech material.
