Many changes are coming to this year's FFA Banquet in an effort to make it move more quickly and only honoring those which have earned degrees and proficiency awards. Your blog post today needs to include what you would want said about you at the banquet. A portion of your response may be used. Follow the example below.
JJ Farmer is the son of Jim and Jenny Farmer. He has participated in Land Judging, Creed Speaking, Parly Pro, and Meats for contests. JJ also attended the Activate/Leverage Conference and assisted with the Apple Festival at the fairgrounds. His favorite memory would be placing 2 in the Creed speaking contest. JJ also completed a proficiency award in the area of Swine Management.
Morgan Cool is the daughter of Glen and Angie Cool. She has participated in Land Judging, CDE's, LSE's Quiz Bowl,Proficiency, State degrees. Morgan attend CDE's in Columbus last week and participated in food science qualifying for state. Morgan will also be receiving her state degree in April. Morgan's favorite memory of FFA would be the petting zoo day with the elementary kids this year, seeing how much they enjoyed the animals was great.
ReplyDeleteTravis Bankson is the son of Brian and Nadine Bankson. He has participated in land Judging, Test plot, CDEs in Columbus and other FFA events. His favorite memory was when he caught the instruction paper for his welding on fire in the welding booth
ReplyDeleteCami Roehrs is the daughter of Todd and Mary Roehrs. She has participated in Land Judging, Creed Speaking, Jr. Public Speaking, and Food Science. Cami will be receiving her state degree in April. Her favorite activity was practicing land judging with Mr. Miller and Mr. Seeman.

ReplyDeleteTaylor Stettner is the daughter of Rick and Kris Stettner and Tracy Crawford. This year she participated in Land Judging, helped at LSE's with the Jr. High Quiz Bowl, and CDE's where she participated in Food Science. In her career she has participated in Jr. Public Speaking, Food Science, Vet Science, and Land Judging. She will be receiving her State Degree in April at the State Convention. Her favorite part of Ag this year was going to get her State Degree ,eating lunch at Valentinos, and dropping Trevin off in the country. Her favorite memory of Ag is spending all of the time practicing land judging with Mr. Seeman and Mr. Miller.
ReplyDeleteChantal Lawson is the daughter of John and Shannon Lawson. She has participated in land judging, junior and senior public speaking, job interview, ag demonstration, meat judging, floriculture, food science, agriscience, and vet science competitions throughout her FFA Career. She has qualified for state in many of these events. Currently, she holds the chapter President position, and has held two other offices in the last two years: secretary, and parliamentarian. She will be interviewing at the State Convention in April for her proficiency, job interview, and the 2015 Nebraska State Star in placement. She's enjoyed every aspect of FFA, whether it was making new friends, or learning about and exploring different areas of agriculture. Her favorite memory of being in FFA was forcing Trevin to do a floriculture focused Ag Demo, and laughing with her classmates each day in the ag room.

She has participated in land judging, creed speaking, Jr. public speaking, meat judging, as well as food science and vet science competitions. Brittany will be receiving her state degree at state convention in April. She has gathered a lot of favorite memories throughout her four years that range from laughing at something Trevin did in the classroom to participating in new and different competitions at contest.

She will also be receiving her state degree in April. She has enjoyed many things in agriculture, and loves the great memories that has came from FFA.
ReplyDeletePaige Hahn is the daughter of Toby and Carol Hahn. She has participated in land judging and has helped with LSE junior high quiz bowl. Paige will receive her state degree in April. Her favorite memory from FFA was when the senior class went to receive their state degrees and got to spend the day together.
