I love the movie Friday Night Lights. Not everyone is perfect or does the perfect thing. But if you are able to look your friends in the eye and you don't see any disappointment, you must have done something right.
I don't really like this quote but I think it means that its not about being perfect its about knowing that you didn't let your friends down. NO ONE is perfect but if your there for your friends and you help them when they need you the most that's the most important.
I like this quote you not perfect and you don't think you are, but look into somebody else's eyes. They may see you as perfect and if they do that is all that matter.

I think this quote is saying you don't have to be perfect. Perfection is an impossible thing to accomplish. I think that to be perfect you have to just be as good of a person as you can be. As long as you're trying hard and making decisions you're close enough to perfection.
